Questions right (across) and scaled score (up). Dashed lines: the anchors.
  1. Only 40 of the 44 questions count; the other 4 are unscored trials

  2. One line through UCAT's five 2025 forms (41,354 candidates)

  3. Your marks sit between the anchors (13.0 and 31.5), so the line stands

  4. Kept between 300 and 900 and rounded to 10, like a UCAT report

How this works

Method

  1. UCAT publishes no raw-to-scaled table. Its 2025 report gives each of the five test forms' raw and scaled means and spreads, and how many candidates sat each.
  2. Each form's straight line sends its mean raw mark to its mean scaled score and one raw spread to one scaled spread. We average the five lines, weighted by candidates.
  3. Beyond 1.5 spreads from the mean, scores are stretched to reach exactly 300 and 900, then rounded to 10.
