Distance = speed × time, with time in hours when speed is in km/h. Turn minutes into hours first: 75 minutes is 1.25 hours. Take stops out of the moving time. Try two below.

Average speed for a whole trip is total distance ÷ total time. It is not the average of the two speeds.
