Reschedule or cancel the UCAT
Up to 24 hours before your appointment, you can move or cancel your UCAT in your UCAT account at no cost. Cancel and the fee is refunded, normally within 10 working days. Later than that, you lose the fee.

Bookings with access arrangements that cannot be booked online are moved through UCAT customer services instead.
When to move it
- Your last two mocks are well below the score you need.
- A clash with something you cannot move.
- Not because of nerves the night before: that is what the test feels like.
